STUART BOGGS
Contemporary Landscape Artist
Stuart Boggs has lived in the New England area for most of his life. He was born in Inverell and currently lives in
Armidale. After completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of New England in Armidale, Stuart worked as a
Geologist in remote parts of the Northern Territory and New South Wales, where he gained his insight into the diverse Australian landscape. Moving to Armidale gave Stuart the opportunity to commence his study of art at the New England Institute of TAFE, where he completed a four-year Art Certificate in 1990. Living and painting in France for two years broadened his painting style. He paints with oils & acrylics, trying to capture the ever changing Australian landscape, predominately his local New England area.
